Dr. Parseghian graduated in 1995 from Staten Island College, Staten Island, New York, with her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology.  During her undergraduate study, Dr. Parseghian was involved in Neuroscience research projects.  In 1999, she graduated from Illinois College of Optometry.  Upon graduation, Dr. Parseghian performed her residency training at Newington Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Newington, Connecticut.

Since 2000, Dr. Parseghian has provided a full scope of optometric care.  She has great interest and pride in complex contact lens fitting for treating Astigmatism, Presbyopia, and Keratoconus.  In 2003 she was on staff at the New York eye and ear infirmary managing and refracting complex post-operative cataract and Keratoconus patients.  Dr. Parseghian has been co-managing pre- and post-operative care for Lasik patients since 2002, and became a clinical director for TLC Lasik group in Springfield, Missouri  2007-2009.

Dr. Parseghian enjoys learning languages and speaks Arabic, Spanish and Armenian.
